Free Saturday Tai Chi
When: Every Saturday year ’round.
Where: We meet at the future site of the Redding Tai Chi Meditation Garden in the McConnell Arboretum (across from Charlotte’s Bridge) February – September. Although the Arboretum closes in the Fall we still meet. Please contact us for location information.

Everyone is welcome to watch, join in, or follow along as we practice the Yang Style Long Form. We practice in all weather. Masks are optional.
Background: Starting in 2016 we met every Second Saturday of the Month. Then in March 2020 we started meeting every Saturday due to COVID-19 indoor restrictions. We continue to meet every Saturday since then. On the Second Saturday of the Month we take a group picture.
