A Beautiful Morning for Tai Chi

We had a welcome break after several days of rain, and our practice couldn’t have been better timed. The skies cleared to a gorgeous blue, the air was cool and fresh, and the trees around us had just begun to show their beautiful autumn colors. It was one of those mornings that remind you why practicing Tai Chi outdoors is such a joy — calm, crisp, and filled with the scent of fresh air.

Our Second Saturday Tai Chi group gathered as usual, enjoying both the movement and the moment. The cool air seemed to sharpen our focus, and the soft morning light gave everything a gentle glow. Here’s a picture from today’s session — a small reminder of how beautiful balance and community can be, even as the seasons change.
