The weather is slowly beginning to change, and our mornings are turning cooler—just enough to call for an extra layer or two during Tai Chi practice. Yesterday’s rain left the air fresh and clean, and this morning the sky was a brilliant blue.
The temperature dipped to around 50 degrees for our 8 a.m. session, but the crisp air made our movements feel especially alive. Since it was our Second Saturday picture day, and everyone stayed to practice the Yang-style sword form after our Single Movements, we took our group photo proudly holding our swords.
