Tai Chi in Bangkok’s Lumphini Park

Jonathan and Janet S., students of Redding Tai Chi, recently returned from a trip to Thailand, where they had the opportunity to experience Tai Chi in a whole new setting. During their visit to Bangkok, they stopped by Lumphini Park, a well-known gathering place for Tai Chi enthusiasts. There, they observed several groups practicing and even joined a few Yang Style Tai Chi sessions. It was a wonderful chance to connect with fellow practitioners and experience the art in an international setting. Here are some photos they kindly shared from their journey!
