We had a beautiful, crisp morning in the 40s to gather for our regular Saturday Tai Chi practice. Although everyone here is a familiar face, we welcome anyone—whether new or experienced in Tai Chi—to join us. We meet at 8:00 am at the site of the future Redding Tai Chi Meditation Garden, located within the McConnell Arboretum and Gardens.
